• You'll never find "junk fees" or surcharges on our invoices. Our quoted price is your invoice price.

• Our service reliability is second to none. Even during Covid-19, Precision Biowaste never missed medical waste service stops for our customers. We never billed our customers any surcharges, despite enhanced PPE and safety protocols, in addition to higher fuel and other costs, required for safe and compliant medical waste service.  

• Your fully compliant medical waste service is provided by our professional, courteous and well-trained technicians. More than half of our technicians have more than 5-years of service with Precision Biowaste. If there's a question about your medical waste during service which our technicians can’t answer, they are trained to call management immediately so that we can address the question or solve a small issue while our technician is still on-site.

• If you need to exit your Medical Waste Service Agreement, you may do so without penalty after the Agreement has been in-force for one year. Just notify us 60 days in advance and we will professionally orchestrate a smooth transition, without ANY cancellation fees. Prior to one year, service may be cancelled with 60-day notice with a fee of one-month average service invoice to offset the costs associated with service set-up.
