Precision Biowaste Services was started, not because we thought of ourselves as unique, or particularly special, but just because we believed we could do better: Better for our medical waste service customers and better for our team of dedicated and experienced professionals who serve those customers. 

The first Precision Biowaste Services vehicles provided medical waste services in March 2018. From the start, we believed in providing our medical waste service technicians with the best training, tools and supplies to safely and effectively perform their duties at the highest level. For example, our service vehicles are, on average, less than 2-years old, which helps us retain our second-to-none service reliability, as well as vehicles which incorporate the latest safety features to make driving safer for our Technicians, and for the communities we serve.

Our own expectations and scrutiny of Precision Biowaste Technicians’ customer service excellence are very high, but Precision Biowaste Technicians also have the best combination of compensation, benefits and company culture to be found in the medical waste industry.

In mid-March 2020, Precision Biowaste was asked by LA County to perform Covid-19 service for their residences of the infected. Despite the unknown danger at that time, we felt this was a societal and professional obligation, as well as a significant public-service need.  In 2022, Precision Biowaste was recognized for our efforts, and we were honored to receive a Medal of Commendation from Los Angeles County for our service and coordination work during Covid-19.

During this period, Precision Biowaste continued to operate as normal for all our existing customers. We operated with the same service schedule, at the exact same pricing, despite significantly higher operating costs.  We believe that sharing burden in situations such as a pandemic should rise above the opportunity to take advantage of a crisis.  

From our first two vans in March 2018, Precision Biowaste has modestly but consistently grown for more than 8 years. We now provide medical waste service to areas with 90% of California’s population every week. Every year Precision Biowaste performs over 20,000 scheduled medical waste service calls to a wide variety of medical waste generators.

We are grateful every day to all our customers for entrusting Precision Biowaste for the proper transport and disposal of their medical waste, and we maintain the same passion for our servicing customers, and the medical waste business, that we’ve had from the start.
